Cancellation Policy

We request that all appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of time. Last minute cancellations or failure to be at home when I arrive at your house will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee.

COVID Policy

Our primary service area is Cape Girardeau county, because of this, we will follow the Cape Girardeau County Health Department guidelines regarding COVID.

Until further notice, these policies will be in effect regarding COVID:

If you have a fever, sore throat, or are having any other COVID-like symptoms, SESSIONS MUST BE RESCHEDULED.

If you have been in contact with someone who is having COVID-like symptoms or has tested positive, OR you have tested positive for COVID, SESSIONS MUST BE RESCHEDULED. Please notify me BEFORE our scheduled appointment.

Our Sanitation & Safety Protocols

• Between clients, we will always practice universal precautions which include hand-washing and/or hand-sanitizing, disinfecting our mat, and changing blankets
• If our shoes or clothes become soiled by a client they will also be changed.
